Abigail Dibble was born January 19, 1666, on a Saturday morning in Stamford, Connecticut, daughter of Samuel Dibble, and married in Windsor in August 1683. In 1684 she and her husband arranged the sale of land in Newtown, Long Island, that she had inherited from her grandfather William Graves. Abigail's descendants include President Rutherford B. Hayes.
