Life story

A Simsbury Militia Lieutenant

John Terry was born March 6, 1638, in Windsor, Connecticut, son of Stephen Terry, and married in Hartford in November 1662. He farmed in Simsbury, Connecticut, and rose to militia lieutenant there. John died in 1691.
