Life story
An Irish Servant in Syracuse
Bridget was born around 1802–1809 in Ireland and arrived in Syracuse, New York, around 1839. Unable to read or write, she worked as a servant and, by the 1860s, lived in Syracuse's First Ward in the household of her daughter, Johanna Dee.
