From Prüm to New Jersey

Anna Maria Spanier was born on November 20, 1825, in Prüm, in Prussia's Rhine Province, and married the shoemaker Johann Bedesem there on February 24, 1846, before the family emigrated to Philadelphia. In her later years she moved to Pleasantville, New Jersey, where she died on April 8, 1910.
