A Farming Family of Rodt
Jakob Neises was born in 1726 in Rodt, in the Electorate of Trier (now Germany), son of Andreas Neises, and worked as a farmer and member of the church synod, following his father into both roles. He married Elisabeth Faha in Taben in January 1754.
