Life story
A Roxbury Congregant
Ann Stone was born around 1602 in England and married Lewis Jones there before the couple emigrated to Massachusetts, where Ann joined the Congregational church in Roxbury in 1640. In January 1679, near the end of her life, she was described as being in a “weak and helpless condition.” Ann died May 1, 1680.
